For me being a professional is about attitude (how you adapt and behave to any situation in a class), self-presentation (how you present yourself to student and co-teachers in a appropriate situation).. It means not just knowing how to do your job, but demonstrating a willingness to learn from your students, cooperating and getting along with your student, showing respect, and living up to your commitments.

I think learning should not only be focus on students but also on the teacher. Factors that involves to facilitate learning is the willingness of both the student and the teacher to learn from each other. Secondly, the subject matter should be interesting in a way that students can apply in the real life. Third, the way the educator presents his/her subject matter. One factor is teaching styles, teacher should know, what kind of style she should use in a class, another is motivation and the learning environment which has a great effect in learning.
